Presidential Debate: Obama vs. McCain
I
heard John McCain say that I have no right to a piece of the pie, even if I work as much as some plumber named Joe. He said he didn’t want to “share the wealth.” He apparently believes that some people do deserve to get paid millions of dollars while others have to choose between medicine and food. This is not equality. This is not America.
Q: About negative campaigning …
A: McCain – “You didn’t tell the people the truth because you didn’t.” That was the answer! McCain complained about Obama’s “attacks” on his healthcare plan while McCain insinuates that Obama is associated with domestic terrorists. One attack is about a person; the other is about a policy. McCain! It is okay to “attack” a policy.
A: Obama – “100% of McCain’s ads are negative.” Did you count the number of times that Obama said the word focus?
Q: People they’re going to bring into government …
A: Obama brought up Joe Biden as “never having forgotten where he came from.” That’s a lesson that should be taught to every American CEO.
A: McCain – Sarah Palin sounds like she’ll be more McCain’s First Lady than an individual ready to take the helm of the presidency. While it’s true that special needs kids need help, it’s an example of not understanding the prioritization of American needs. Right now we need a president who will fix our pandemic economic mess.
The best part of my night tonight was my brother saying, “That McCain grumbling in the background is really starting to irritate me.”
I am a small business owner and I have already voted for Barack Obama.

the fact that anyone is praising McCain for his performance in the third debate proves that he and Palin have lowered people’s expectations down to nothing (don’t forget, the VP debates were a tie!)
