McCain Plumb Out of Options

Instead of talking about his “winner,” Joe the Plumber, John McCain should have talking about the losers in his and Mr. Bush’s trickle-down-approach to economic catastrophe.  McCain should have talking about what he would be doing for people like Jocelyne Voltaire, who probably makes as much as Joe ($40,000), lost her first born to Bush’s Iraq War, and might loose her house to foreclosure.

Instead “that one” disrespectful McCain prefers to tax the 95% of people who are already overtaxed while continuing to let the bullies of the economy, the so-called invisible hands of Ben Bernanke’s market, our employers, corporations, and the excessively wealthy get away without taxation.

Our tax code in the United States needs to be changed.  It needs to be simplified.  It needs to tax business entities, not the people.

Thank you, Obama, for thinking like a human being in the face of such tremendous odds.  Most adults your age have already sold-out to the system. Simplified, that is why Hillary Clinton lost.  Americans are sick of dynasties demagoguering their way into the White House.  We’ve had enough.

It’s time the federal government stop taking so much from the people.  It needs to re-focus its priorities.  It needs to tax nonprofits, churches, and associations that use up more resources as business entities than do people as living, breathing entities.

It’s time to help the rich, the churches, the career politicians, and the celebrities — who take, take, take all the time — learn the Golden Rule, even if it must be by force of taxation.

Tax the rich.   Tax excessive wealth.  And, for gods’ sakes, make usury illegal again.

Tax business entities.  Then give them the people’s “tax credits” when they actually give back to their communities.   As Obama said, “We [the wealthy] can afford it.”

One Response to “McCain Plumb Out of Options”

  1. You leave an important fact out of your piece which is ridden with inaccuracies. The “wealthy” pay the VAST MAJORITY of the taxes now. Quit hating the rich, there is no sense in it. Stop the class warfare. The “rich” are usually the ones who provide the jobs to people and the “rich” are already taxed to death. McCain has been talking about people like Jocelyn, wanting to help people with their mortgages using some of the bailout money. You are again incorrect about McCain WANTING TO TAX 95% OF PEOPLE. McCain doesn’t want to raise taxes on ANYONE. Your candidate believes in socialism, redistributing the hard work of others to those deemed not as fortunate. Research the bailout, see who WAS BEHIND IT, WHO BENEFITTED FROM IT. It was Dems who insisted on loans to people with Republicans stating it was too risky. Your Obama received tons of money from Fannie Mae. I do agree with you about the tax system in this country, that something must be done. You need to remember one important point about your socialistic point of view: “the wealthy can afford it” is completely out of line. IT IS THE WEALTHY’S MONEY, NOT YOURS, MINE OR THE GOVERNMENT’S. The government has no right to take large sums of money from successful people, that punishes success. Stop thinking the government can fix the ills of this great nation. Individual people do that.
