In an amazing upset against supporters of America’s War on Drugs, over 7,140 votes have been cast at Change.org to tell Barack Obama to “Legalize the Medicinal and Recreational Use of Marijuana.”

It is the highest rated of all ideas submitted for the president-elect’s review to date. Change.org gives registered users up to 10 votes and an opportunity to enter your idea.
